Founded Akwan Information Technologies, specialized in search, acquired by Google in 2005.
At the American giant, he contributed for almost two decades to projects like Orkut and Google Health.
In parallel, he has led since 2016 the Educational Project Ninho, a non-profit initiative focused on providing quality education to children in vulnerable situations.

Worked at companies like Uber, leading teams in launching features for a user base of millions.
Throughout his journey, he structured teams, defined quality standards, and implemented modern development and continuous delivery practices.

Rafael Eufrázio
Engineer graduated from PUC Minas and Hochschule Schmalkalden, with extensive experience in creating and leading digital products.
Started his career at Accenture, where he worked in developing complex platforms in sectors such as marketplace, solar energy, and artificial intelligence, with emphasis on process automation and agile delivery of MVPs.
Founded and led startups from conception to launch, always balancing business vision, technical knowledge, and management of multidisciplinary teams.
